29th September: And that’s a wrap on chapter 6!! 😀 Oh boy… the best way to summarise this?

This day (in the comic) took 2 years and 8 months to draw.

The longer version:
Chapter 6 was all originally supposed to be chapter 5, hence the chapter 5 cover pertaining to Clara’s dream sequence that just occurred. It all turned out to be too long, so this became an interim chapter to wrap up some events and pave the way for more character interactions, development and y’know… maybe a fashion montage later on? 😉

After struggling at the beginning of chapter 6 to maintain a buffer and burning out, I came back with renewed energy and (hopefully) a better work-life balance. Speaking of, this will be the last page of APOC until the New Year. I want to take a look at the story again from afar, make sure everything’s where it should be. On top of that, I have a convention to prep for and some wedding plans too (both of which will hopefully be better organised by the time you read this)! There will be some bits and pieces coming in December, so watch this space, but hey… we’re now halfway through Book One! Four years that took – and I’ll be looking to speed it up in the future.
