New characters! Fun fact: we’ve introduced almost every main character now! Just wait a couple more pages for the last one…

“Bigger guns, scarier guns, automatic weapons, flamethrowers, grenades, rocket launch–OW!”
“You all right? You were starting to rant!”
“I was just excited, and you didn’t have to slap me so hard.”
That alt text had better be sarcasm. This scene must have taken FOREVER.
It is! This page really drained me, and made me reconsider the amount of detail I put into each panel. For a free webcomic, this amount of detail is hard to sustain, so I might have to roll it back in the future.
It’s really fun, but please don’t drive yourself crazy over it 🙂
Ok if no one else in the world appreciates the time you took to draw every posters and magazine detail then you know i am sat here absolutely LIVING for this entire page 🙏 bravo Hannah!!!
Aaahhh thank you, Emma!! Comments like these are a huge boost for me and make the hours spent on these sorts of establishing shots worth it! 😀
Unless the first ones were zip guns, I don’t think “better” is going to help her much. More improvement from giving squad training and practicing actually aiming. Although might be hard to do in middle of a big city where all guns are illegal.
Well it certainly looks like how a “computer junk & gizmo” shop looks like, with all the stuff that’s almost-but-not-quite tidily stored around.
And yes it must have been really tedious to draw. Many webcomickers cheat by using photos for their backgrounds and just applying some filters; but that makes those who go the extra mile look all the better.
Friggin’ Derek and his not-better guns.
“And (s)he came to rule”. Is this new character our fourth “horseperson”? I’m guessing so, she’s bossy enough, her APOC must be a real tyrant.
Late to the party, but here’s my bit: That top panel is so detailed, it actually looks familiar to me, like I’d been there before. Thank you for sharing, and as others have said, please don’t overwork yourself. When you are your own boss, you can have the toughest boss in the world. Stay sane, Hannah.
